The system needs module designing with reduced cost. INVENTA has developed few unique concepts. One is ANTIPUMPING RELAY / DEVICE. The other is CB-2T-1C relay. This is in addition of existing TRIP HEALTHY INDICATOR/ RELAY , MOTOR OVER RUN TIMER RELAY. ANTIPUMPING RELAY / DEVICE (APD)

The ANTIMPUMPING DEVICE is the word defined in IEC62271-100 for HV Switchgear & Control Gear. The definition at 3.6.128 directs to the vocabulary at IEV 441-16-48 where the device is defined as"a device which prevents re closing after a close-open operation as long as the device initiating closing is maintained in the position for closing" The definition depictsthe function- ing of an Antipumping relay functions , defined as an "DEVICE" not as an Relay.

Inventa Antipuming device hence is not a relay nor timer. The innovative concept was launched in 2004 after deep study of the switchgear functioning.Antipumping designed by inventa ,branded as INVENTA , has helped reducing the price of existing APD The miniature size & compact design is unique.Type tested with STQC for EMI EMC & Safety Tests (LVD directive). APDs of new design are in use since 2002. The big brands* of Switchgear manufacturer are using this APDs.

TRIP HEALTHY INDICATOR / RELAY and CHARGE MOTOR TIMER

To check continuity atDC current round the 10 ma DC current round the clock.An INDICATOR (GREEN) indicates healthy TRIP COIL. Relay gives changeover contact of 5A resistive rating for remote indication/ controls.
